Over the past five years, food prices have increased at both grocery stores and restaurants, including San Marco's catering menu. Of the registration cost, $240 covers the four meals, with the remainder going to our working budget.
Zelle partners with over 2000 banks in the US to provide money payment services. Please check your bank's app or website to see if they use Zelle so you can use this payment option. It's best to use their help documents as every partner can customize their app to look and behave differently. For example, I use two banks and their Zelle apps have unique workflows and fraud checks when I send funds to people, so always ask your bank when in doubt or are experiencing problems!
Basics to know:
1) Search for us in Zelle through treasurer.azbsp2025@gmail.com
2) If asked to confirm, last 4 is 6767
3) Put your Name and Chapter Name in the Reason Box
Once your payment and the submitted Microsoft Form is documented by the Reservations Committee, you'll be sent an email confirmation, so make sure the email address is correct on the form you fill out for your registration!
We'll do our best! There will be a special meal coordinator to help make accommodations that are necessary for sisters with food allergies or other dietary constraints to provide a modified or custom meal. This puts a lot of added pressure on the staff, so please only request accommodations if they are necessary for your health!
We will be honoring our sisters who have personally served in the miliary on Sunday morning. Please let us know about your service so you may be acknowledged.
This information helps us to better plan for the number of rooms. Please use your best guess if you aren't quite sure about accommodations yet.
During Registration: Please fill out the form within the registration packet or the online registration portal for any sisters who have passed away since January 1, 2020.
Online notification: Please fill out the form on our site.
Don't worry about duplicate notifications. We'll remove duplicates as needed from the list.
To help offset the impact of paying for the full cost of convention registration all at once, we are happy to once again offer payment through shares. This will allow you to pay the $300 registration fee in 4 separate payments of $75. Any additional fees (Order of the Rose, T-shirts, Ways & Means table) must be paid in full with the initial deposit of $75. Final payment must be received by July 1, 2025. $75 is non-refundable if canceled prior to September 1, 2025. Cancellation deadline is September 1, 2025. Total amount is non-refundable after September 1, 2025.
To pay through shares please send in the Finance Options Convention 2025 Shares Form with your registration form. Due to the nature of this payment, we are unable to offer shares through online registration, so please download the PDF and mail in your form and payments to our Treasurer.
Email confirmation for online registration through our vendor is automatic.
When mailed-in registrations are processed by the Reservations committee, you will receive an email notification at the address provided on your registration form.
If a mailed confirmation is preferred, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your form and the committee will provide that to you.
All Chapters selling or raffling items must reserve a table for our Thanksgiving Day “Sisters Thankful for Sisters” Marketplace. Tables are 6 feet long (no half tables). The reservation fee is $25.00 per table and must accompany a registration form.

October is lovely month in Chandler, AZ! Days are getting cooler, but expect temps in low 90's to 80's. You might want a light cover up at night or early in the morning. It might be warm enough for the pool during the day and there are lots of nearby shops to explore within walking distance of the hotel if that is of interest to you when we do not have events going on.
We encourage our attendees to dress for the event themes to join in the fun! Here are the suggestions from the event committees:
Friday's Margarita Mixer - wear Fiesta fashions or colorful clothing
Saturday's "Let's Get Batty Brunch!" - wear your interpretation of 'batty' or a fun Halloween costume
Saturday's "Order of the Rose Easter Tea" - wear dressy spring fashions, gloves, party hats or fascinators
Saturday's "Silver and Gold Christmas Ball" - wear silver and/or gold cocktail or formal wear
Sunday's "Patriotic Holidays Brunch" - wear red, white and blue or other patriotic clothing
