 $174 plus tax for two people in a king or 2-queen room; other options include a Junior Suite for $244 or a Presidential Suite for $400. Each additional person is $10.00 per night for more than double occupancy. Guestroom capacity is limited to four (4) persons per room.  

Our Convention Guests will be charged a discounted daily resort fee of $10.00 plus tax per night. Resort fee includes 2 - $5.00 off drink cards for 2 beverages in 1912 Lounge, 24hr access to fitness center, phone calls, self-parking, 2 bottles of water (replenished daily), Wi-Fi access throughout resort, 1 bucket of range balls per guest, per stay (subject to availability), 15% off published rates at San Marcos Golf Course, booked up to 30 days in advance through golf course directly, 10% discount on Vaya Salon Services & Massage (located on-site). 

Room amenities include a private patio or balcony, feature cable TV, AM/FM radio, high-speed Internet access, modem ports, voicemail-equipped telephones, and large amenity-stocked baths.

As with any hotel, tipping the staff is important. The hotel staff is extremely attentive, so we ask that you please consider tipping the staff $2.00 per day per room or more if you are extremely impressed with the care you receive during your stay.

You can either call the reservation center at 1-877-685-5594 and reference block code HZB or use this booking link. Check-in time is 3 pm. If you would like an early check-in, you will need to book the night before. Otherwise early check-ins may be requested; however, they are not guaranteed.  No-shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. The hotel reservations cutoff date is 9/16/25; after this date, any rooms left in the block will be released for general sale.  Any rooms needed after the cutoff date may be booked based on availability.

Please note: The $203.00 per night price reflected on the link below includes the $174.00 rate + $20.00 per night resort fee + a historical fee.  It does not include the 11.67% hotel room tax. 

We have negotiated a $10.00 per night discount on the resort fee.  When you arrive, this discount will be applied to your room upon check-in.

Check-in for your room will be in the hotel lobby. Afterwards, please proceed to the San Marcos Ballroom foyer to pick up your registration packet for convention!
